Original research from Robert Walters has revealed that secretarial and support professionals are the mostly likely to change their career for the opportunity to work for a company with positive values and culture, with 86% saying they would move to a new career for this reason.
By comparison, when other professionals were asked the same question, just 56% said that they would be willing to change profession to work for an employer with positive values and company culture.
Accountancy and finance professionals were the least likely to change jobs for this reason, with just 44% of survey respondents saying that they would do so.
