An interesting post has been seen on the LinkedIn platform relating to the interpretation and functionality of the scope and role of Chief of Staff. In recent years the role of Chief of Staff has been embraced by a number of voices within the admin profession as part of the family and hierarchy of admin roles for EAs, PAs etc to aspire towards.
This has generated some learning providers to begin to offer ‘training’ to help inspired individuals to begin their journey to make the leap from EA to a role as Chief of Staff.
