Since graduating from Glamorgan University in 2003, Aimee, she has worked for some of the largest recruitment companies including Hays Plc, Red Recruitment and Robert Half International. In 2011 Aimee set up her own consultancy and her award winning careers website Careercake.com.

Talent and Innovation winner at the 2013 Institute of Director Awards and Canmol (Chartered Institute of Marketing) New Marketer of the Year 2013, her success has seen her front a number of TV programmes recently as ‘the recruitment expert’ including:
